Efter tre \u00e5r med intraprenader kan konstateras att det \u00e4r en l\u00f6sning som \u00e4r beh\u00e4ftad med ett antal problem.<\/p>\n<p>I den aktuella kommunen valde f\u00f6rvaltningen att inr\u00e4tta parallella styrlinjer, en f\u00f6r intraprenaderna och en f\u00f6r de ordinarie skolenheterna.
